Blue Raider Stadium Policies

LWC FOOTBALL GENERAL INFORMATION

Location
Blue Raider Stadium is located in the Lindsey Wilson Sports Park, just outside of downtown Columbia. The entrance is on Highway 80, about a half-mile east of the Jamestown Street-Highway 80 (Russell Road) intersection. Lindsey Wilson Sports Park is the home of Blue Raider baseball, football, softball, and track & field. It is visible from the Louis B. Nunn Cumberland Parkway.

Hours of Operation
Blue Raider Stadium opens two hours before a game's scheduled kickoff. Tailgating and parking lots open four hours before kickoff. A schedule is available at http://www.lindseyathletics.com/.

Tickets
Tickets may be purchased on game day at the Blue Raider Stadium ticket booth. Prices per game: $10 for general admission for adults; $5 for general admission for students and children age 6 and older. General admission tickets are good for a seat in the bleachers of the home or away seating area. General-admission bleacher season tickets are available for $30; they may be purchased by calling the LWC Athletics Office at (270) 384-8070. Reserved, chair-back seats are still available for the 2016 football season.

Tickets for LWC students, faculty and staff may be collected at the stadium ticket booth on game day or at scheduled times on the A.P. White Campus; campus ticket-distribution locations will be announced each week via e-mail. A valid student or employee ID must be presented in order to receive a ticket.

Seating
Blue Raider Stadium provides seating for about 2,000 people. All stadium seating is general admission with the exception of the reserved, chair-back seating section in the center of the home grandstand. Signs will be posted to designate preferred seating areas for students, visitors and general admission seating. Portable bleacher back seats are allowed in the stadium, but freestanding chairs are not permitted inside the stadium. In special circumstances, the end-zone areas of the running track will be designated as standing-room only locations.

Will Call
Will-call window is located in the ticket booth at the main entrance to Blue Raider Stadium. Will call is used to pick up game-day tickets only and requires proper identification.

Smoking & Tobacco
Smoking and tobacco use is prohibited within the confines of all Lindsey Wilson athletic venues, including Blue Raider Stadium. This includes: seating areas, concourse level, restrooms and track. Smoking is permitted in parking lots around the stadium. Lindsey Wilson reserves the right to eject from the stadium anyone who does not comply with the tobacco-use policy.

Parking
Parking lots open four hours before kickoff. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the general-admission lot next to the softball stadium. An auxiliary lot is located off Gaston Avenue. Gaston Avenue is located off of Jamestown Street, across the street from McDonald's and directly next to the Dickey's BBQ restaurant. Parking extended beyond the softball stadium and leading into Blue Raider Stadium is reserved. A limited number of reserved parking passes are available each season for $20. Contact the LWC athletic department for availability.

Tailgating
Tailgating is limited to parking lots designated for game-day parking. Tailgating must be confined to each vehicle space. Bottles and open containers may not be carried around parking lots. All drinks should be placed in plastic cups and consumed at tailgating locations.

LWC Alcohol Policy
Lindsey Wilson prohibits possession or use of alcoholic beverages, public intoxication and unauthorized distribution of alcohol on college property, include Lindsey Wilson Sports Park. Lindsey Wilson reserves the right to revoke ticket privileges and/or expel from college property anyone who violates this policy.

Restrooms

Entrances to restrooms are located on the concourse directly behind the home grandstand. An external restroom is available outside of the Blue Raider Stadium in the middle of the parking lot area.

Accessible Seats & Wheelchair Spaces
Accessible seats and spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats are available for purchase and are limited for individual games on a first-come, first-served basis. They are located at the top of the home stands.

Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency, seek help from stadium security and ushering personnel who can help obtain medical assistance or get a message to the public address announcer.

Coolers & Containers
To help ensure the safety of fans, coaches and players, no coolers, glass or plastic bottles, or cans may be carried into Blue Raider Stadium.

Refreshments
Fans may not carry food or drinks into Blue Raider Stadium. A concession stand, conveniently located inside the main entrance on the concourse level, offers a wide variety of refreshments.

Pets/Animals

For the comfort and safety of all, pets/animals are not allowed in the Blue Raider Stadium.

Umbrellas
For the comfort and safety of all, umbrellas are not permitted inside Blue Raider Stadium. Please be prepared to use other rain gear during inclement weather.

Concealed Weapons
Lindsey Wilson prohibits possession of a deadly weapon or destructive devices on college property. Violators of this policy are subject to expulsion from the property.

Blue Raider Fans' Safety
Do not use profanity or engage in behavior that keeps others from enjoying the game. For the benefit and safety of guests, gate attendants and officials are instructed to deny admission to anyone having in their possession: umbrellas, freestanding chairs, coolers, containers, bottles, or weapons of any kind. Lindsey Wilson reserves the right to revoke the ticket privileges and/or expel from college property anyone whose conduct is deemed objectionable, dangerous or deprives others from enjoyment of the game.
