Men's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Softball

Muharem Komic joins the Blue Raiders for his first season as an athletic trainer where he will be providing coverage for men’s soccer, women’s basketball, and softball. 

Komic graduated from Saint Louis University in 2022 with a bachelor's in exercise science and again in 2023 with a master's in athletic training. 

Prior to joining Lindsey Wilson Athletics, Komic worked with Athletico as a rehab aide, as well as gained clinical experience with Webster Groves High School, Washington University Athletics, and Saint Louis University Athletics. His responsibilities included assessment and injury management, rehabilitation, and providing recovery care.  

Komic also gained immersive clinical experience with St. Louis City Soccer Club and NASA Kennedy Space Center - RehabWorks, taking evaluations of patients, creating rehab programs, and setting up for games and practices. 

Additionally, Koimc is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, the Mid-America Athletic Trainers’ Association, and the Missouri Athletic Trainers’ Association.
