2023 Rewind: Baseball

COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson baseball team went 17-27 in 2023 while posting a 9-18 record in the Mid-South Conference.

The Blue Raiders earned the 10 seed in the MSC Tournament where they were eliminated by third-seeded Freed-Hardeman in the Opening Round.

Chance Stayton led Lindsey Wilson with 54 hits and also drove in a team-high 39. Jordan Blick led the Blue Raiders in home runs with 11. On the mound, Cohen Achen posted a 6-4 record in 74 innings tallying 110 strikeouts with a 3.16 earned run average. Achen became just the sixth pitcher in program history to record over 100 strikeouts in a season. s
