Vincent served as part of Lindsey Wilson's softball coaching staff for two seasons, filling the role of interim head coach in 2022 and as an assistant coach in 2021.
As the interim head coach in 2022, Vincent led the Blue Raider softball team to a 31-14 overall record and a 22-8 mark in the Mid-South Conference. He helped push Lindsey Wilson to a runner-up finish at the MSC Tournament and an automatic bid into the NAIA National Championship Opening Round for the ninth time in program history.
In 2021, Vincent helped the Blue Raiders to a 39-11 overall record and a 27-5 record in the Mid-South Conference. He guided the Blue Raiders to the semifinal of the Mid-South Conference tournament and the opening round of the NAIA National Tournament.
Vincent began his Lindsey Wilson coaching career in 2019-20 when he served as a baseball graduate assistant. He helped guide the Blue Raiders to a 10-12 record including a 2-1 mark in Mid-South Conference play during the shortened season due to COVID-19.
During the 2019 spring junior varsity baseball campaign, Vincent led the Blue Raiders to a 12-3 overall record while capturing the junior varsity MSC Tournament Championship.
Prior to Lindsey Wilson, Vincent played four years of collegiate baseball at the University of Pikeville. During his playing career at UPIKE, Vincent earned First Team All-Conference honors during the 2018 and 2019 seasons while being selected as a Mid-South Conference Player of the Year nominee in his senior season. Vincent holds the record for most RBIs in a single season at Pikeville.
A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, Vincent earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pikeville in May of 2019 in business administration with an emphasis in sports management.
